By purchasing any course from middleIT Ltd you agree to these terms.

1. The service middleIT Ltd (Company No. 16881115) provides online video training courses for beginners wishing to start an IT career.

2. Payment & pricing All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe / Wix Payments.

3. Refunds (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) This is digital course content. By completing your purchase you expressly agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off right and consent to immediate access. - Once you have accessed or downloaded any part of the course materials (including videos, PDFs, or bonuses), the purchase is **final and non-refundable**. - No refunds will be issued after access has been granted, except where required by law. If you change your mind **before** accessing any course material, contact us within 14 days at admin@middle-it.com and we will issue a full refund.

4. Course access Lifetime access is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. Sharing login details is prohibited.

5. Results disclaimer We teach valuable IT skills, but we do not guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions.

7. Limitation of liability Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the course.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
